I'm not trying to offend anyone.. and I'm sorry if you have lost someone to a situation like this but every time I see a case where someone overdoses or has a deadly combination of pain pills I always think to myself "I told you so".. maybe it's time we legalize marijuana..? I mean there have been 0 cases of death caused by it.. it doesn't cause cancer..I mean they prescribe it to CANCER patients..There is also lot's of money to be made and it might as well go into the hands of the government rather than the streets where only those taking risks benefit from it. When you have both the chief of police and the head drug dealers both wanting pot to be illegal .. somebody is wrong.. Not to mention the health factor.. it is soo much better for you than alcohol and tobacco. People say it's a gateway drug? Probably not if you make it available.. the main reason people try new drugs is because of the black market..but this is just my opinion.. hope someone finds this and maybe causes you to think a bit..Oh and that whole "It makes you lazy" how bout near almost every musician that has had a successful career has smoked pot? Ted Turner.. joint a day.. ok.. done..

It's neat how many memories you make throughout life. Some small things that might not mean a thing to another that is involved in that same memory. Yet, if you try to remember something you did last week it's not easy to recall. I often wonder how accurate my memories are and if some of them have been skewed and stretched along the way, or if some memories might be just you recalling stories that you've heard older people tell about you, absorbing other people's memories of you into your own Memories are triggered by virtually every sense that you have. Sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell and also memories that just seem to wander in from out of nowhere. Memories can also trigger other memories and send you rushing down a rapid of events and friends, places and pets. I guess the reason that memories are so easily triggered with me is because it's easier to look back into the past than it is to look at an uncertain future. Just gotta keep your head up, and keep making memories....

I had this brief moment today when I felt as if I had traveled back in time. What triggered it was a combination of things beginning with me discovering that The Wonder Years was on netflix watch instantly as well as noticing while I was taking a picture through my camera phone and looking through the view on the phone's screen (for some reason when i "go back in time" the picture quality changes ha) but.. all of the brown tones along with the picture quality. The memories that all exist in this house of me and my family, far apart on this globe but somehow still connected in a weird but understood way. It makes me want to find dad's old ugly ass green chair that I would sit in and eat dad's popcorn and drink his club soda drink mom always fixed him. I would always watch the discovery channel and always ask dad questions and he would always respond with "if you'll shut your mouth they'll tell you" and always to my surprise they would answer the question that I had just finished saying. I'm glad my parents taught me how to listen. If people would listen about half as much as they talk we'd be better off.. guess i've rambled enough now...

Odd how if one is addicted to drugs people are just jumping at the bit to help them get their life on track.. but one with two associates degrees, one Psychology, and one Drafting Design Technology. Is just left to fend for himself, I go to the Career Center here in town and ask for help getting a job and they hand me a phone book... gee, thanks.. oh well, things will work out.. soon hopefully

So money is getting tight, i feel like i'm barely staying afloat and don't really know what to do, maybe i can just hold on until May and then the job hunt will be on, other than that life is pretty good right now, I'm scrounging the internet for all the money i can find, i got a betus account and been doing pretty good but they are giving me hell for trying to cash out my winnings, a fee of $40 seems a little steep on a cash out of $45 so I'm lookin into getting them to direct deposit it, maybe they won't charge so much for that, and if they do then i will be finding another site to bet at. Most of you are used to ads on my blog but this is really just me complaining.. I got a donation box over there and nobody has ever used it... oh well..I'm gonna go to bed now..

First time in a long time I've really not been ready for this next week. I think it's gonna be pretty stressful but we shall see. This has been a great weekend, family filled, we got together and pretty much spent all of Saturday sitting around my Granpa's house. and then I came home and watched a movie and went to bed early and then actually got up Sunday morning and went to church. Life goes on and I'm just gonna take it one day at a time, gotta do my best and hope its enough. I'll try to blog everyday and hope I can get some readers up on here..

Being forced into a moon buggy project that will probably benefit me more than i know but it's gonna be a lot of work and stressful but I'm up for it.. i just gotta keep positive and I'll be good at least I'm not going through this alone. So...mom gets out of the hospital today but I'll still have the house to myself because she is staying at Grans due to the number of stairs in this house... anyways.. I gotta go take care of all the animals..

I'm not sure where my feelings go, I don't have a good outlet, most people work out, paint, or write music or poems but I guess I just suppress my feelings and they are going to all come back one day, or maybe I'll just forget about 'em... who knows...I really do wonder when, where or if they are going to come back and get me it also surprises me that some people can tell when something is wrong with me but others have no clue at all, sometimes I just wanna be left alone. I came crashing down the other day but i always do after a vacation or even after just being out of Walker County AL, I go from being surrounded by people that are great friends and all love me back to this crap hole town where I have very few people I actually hang around. It also seems as though I'm doomed to be "just friends" with everyone, I guess I'm good with that...might as well be..would love to have somebody to love... but oh well ...wouldn't we all....

Today, bright and early, or rather dark and early I had to get up and take mom to the Hospital to get one of her knees replaced, so we arrived at 4:45 or so and sit in the waiting room, then we moved to a different waiting room and as soon as mom went back we moved to another room and waited some more until it was time for her to go for surgery, so we waited about 2 hours while she was in surgery, I slept in the waiting room until 6:30 which is when the cafeteria opens and starts serving breakfast so I ate breakfast and then headed back to the waiting room and slept in the chairs woke up when the phone rang and was told that they were starting surgery, this morning lasted forever. so at about 11 I get to leave the hospital and went to pay the water bill and the house insurance and then headed to the house, took a shower and accidently took a nap...oops ha ha..woke up about 5 and gave Jeremy a call and he's still at work.. supposed to be on his way home right now...we are gonna go out one last time before school starts...and probably continue to go out even when school is going on ....cause we are hardcore like that...can't wait to be done with school and have a real job...

I need something to look forward to.. same routine over and over again gets me down..school is about to be out for about a week and i think i'm gonna spend it with BB Gun and T Hizzie. ..and quite possibly Bayhor..its always a good time when we get together..forget about all the rest of the world, we've been regularly visiting Murphy's playing pool and drinking beer..makes for some fun times..and late night trips to Ralley's to pick up a big buford with chicken and bacon on it... that sandwich was amazing..anyways.. nobody reads this garbage anyways.. so have fun everybody..

Well I've moved on to listening to a different group now...I'm loving the Old Crow Medicine show..good stuff..and Vitamin water...good stuff as well..I like the Traquillo the best..it's pineapple flavored and supposed to help you calm down..very soothing flavor.. might be just mental thing but i feel it relaxes me..but whatever works..i'm working on my book and finding that it's harder than just writing down the story that you have to tell..we'll see how that goes..I'm still searching...

well i haven't much to say..i've had some calls from my buddies today it's always nice to have friends... got my little support group it's just too bad we are scattered about the country so..I have nobody to hang with this weekend so its just me and mom at the house.. jeremy is out of town and i guess this is my problem with not wanting too many friends... when the ones you have are gone you got nobody.. but if it were the other way you got so many friends and so little time.. so i guess i prefer how it is..i just want a small close knit group of friends....I'm identifying with Corey Smith's music so well right now.. I've recently been reading and found a great website. It's like an online library you can get both text and audio of lots of great classic books. They even offer audio books that are formated for your Ipod so that iTunes will actually recognize it as an audio book. Best of all they are all free but the site does take donations through paypal and you can also help them by proofreading some of their stories. I do realize that reading on a computer screen is not as appealing as a book but I'm trying out the whole audio book thing..and I've also found that it helps to reverse the colors on your computer screen while reading lots of text on my MAC you do it by holding the CTRL ALT and apple key and pressing 8 and that turns the white background black and the text white, I've yet to read a whole book on that site..I prefer books but it's a great site..

So we were on our way back to Alabama from staying in Florida for a few weeks and the kids are in the back seat chattering as they always do. So I guess I've screwed up going into Graphic Design because it seems to not be going as swell as another career might go that has a more defined path to a job..it's just kind of hit an miss and so far it's been all miss I should have just finished up at UAB ..transfering has messed stuff up with the Pell grant and mainly my job I had at GAP it was only like $200 every two weeks but that's more than I get now with no job and I can't seem to find a job that is in my field even though I'm considered a senior and have like three semesters left to complete at the University of West Florida..I've looked at starting a website but I need a web design class first because figuring it out on my own is way intimidating for me..anyways..Wish me luck..I'm open to answer any questions one might have just to know somebody reads this..

I got a NES emulator and Super Tecmo Bowl with updated rosters...yes the old school nintendo game with 2007 rosters..same game play. My only beef with it is the fact that you can't save your progress so there is no way I'll ever complete a season.. Great game, really gets your blood pumping, gets you up off the couch moving and before you know it you have muscles hurting that you didn't even realize you had..anyways...it's fun stuff and we are all but Tori over weight..it's fun stuff..we plan on getting fit..anyways..again ha ha.. Sunday is my birthday so we are going to the Outback just like last year and I hope that Lisa will make one of her cakes with the sour cream in it and the orange cake mix with the white chocolate chips but if she doesn't I'll be ok too ha ha..my birthday is just an excuse to celebrate..maybe watch a movie...any suggestions?..

so how bout now for buyers you can't have any negative feedback..I feel I've been ripped off..I sold my iBook G4 on ebay..worked fine...i restored it and all and the buyer got it..said it was "filthy" and sent it back...wanted their money back..thats fine..accept for the fact that the computer is messed up now..it was working fine so I just sent the money back but now that I try to reinstall OSX on it ..the thing just quits while it is trying to install the "previous iDVD themes" and to make things worse it's stuck in the installation so it's basically useless until I can figure out how to get past this installation screen, I've held down "shift" during boot up which is supposed to boot into "safe" mode but it still wants disk two of installation.....what a crappy experience...man oh man...

Dr. Seuss Book
God is communicating His big dream of ending abortion in a most profound way through the dream stream story of Horton Hears A Who by Dr. Seuss. In February 2005, one of our youth, a 15-year-old girl at the Justice House of Prayer, had a dream. In the dream she saw a large, beautiful building with the words "The Who" appearing over it. She and her sisters entered the house and began to look throughout the building until they found the attic where there was a series of old books from the past that they knew would be needed for the future. She shared her dream with the JHOP team. I knew the dream was from God, but I wondered, "What is 'The Who,' and what are these old books?"
The next morning while pondering the dream, I received a remarkable email from a man in Kansas City that included a sermon he gave several years ago on what must occur for abortion to end. He felt led to send it to me, even though he thought it was unusual that the analogy the Lord had given him was based on the Dr. Seuss book, Horton Hears a Who. When I read this, I instantly connected "The Who" in the dream with "The Who" in the book. I was immediately interested!
In this children's book written in 1954, we find an elephant whose name is Horton. He is the prophetic Church with big ears and a large trumpet. He can hear what no one else can hear--the sound of these little people called, The Whos, who live in the microscopic town of Who-ville.
In the book, we also find a kangaroo who wants to kill all the little Whos, because he cannot see or hear them. He doesn't believe they exist. Immediately the thought came to me, "The kangaroo is the kangaroo court!"--it stands for the Supreme Court who issued the death decree of '73 in Roe v Wade, and legalized abortion. Wow! I realized that what I was reading was a parable from the past that was now going to be used en masse, for the ending of abortion. The theme of the whole book amazingly is, "A person's a person, no matter how small!" And the remedy for the crisis is that every voice must be raised loudly and urgently to rescue all the little unborn Whos. With the kangaroo's death decree hanging over Who-ville, Horton implores the mayor "to CALL a big meeting, get everyone out, make every Who holler, make every Who shout!"

This Book Speaks of Abortion
Graciously, The ElijahList blasted this story February 16, 2005 (click here to view). Amazingly, the next day I received an email from a woman who said she read The ElijahList article and received three confirmations the following day at her Day Care Center. One child came in with a Horton Hears A Who backpack, a second was carrying a Who-ville doll, but the third--a ten-year-old boy--came to her and said, "Ma'am, I had a dream last night. I dreamt of Horton Hears a Who, and all the little Whos were not saying YOPP; they were crying STOP!!!"
Oh, my God, there is a massive cry being raised up from the young ones of the earth, praying and prophesying, "STOP ABORTION, STOP! STOP! STOP!!!!!!!!!!" What are the chances of this divine confirmation? Those who read this are now held accountable. The whole Church must cry out now--STOP ABORTION!
Soon after, another man connected with me and said, "My ten-year-old daughter was reading Horton Hears A Who to her little brother." She came to her father and said, "Dad, I think this book is about ending abortion." That afternoon, he read The Elijah List article on Horton Hears a Who. This man now leads our Bound4LIFE ministry.
Again, amazingly, we found out that Fox Movies is doing a major motion picture in 2008, called, Horton Hears A Who, starring Jim Carrey (update, this movie opens up this Friday, March 14, 2008).
The Lord is SHOUTING to the nation! Will we have ears to hear what the Spirit is saying?
A great convergence is upon us. If the Church understands the times and what God is seeking to bring forth, we can shout to the nation, before the movie comes out, that Horton Hears a Who is about the ending of abortion--so when millions of people watch the movie, they will all be thinking, "A person's a person, no matter how small--The Whos are the unborn!"
Can you see it? This is God's trumpet to the nation! God is marching out, shattering ideologies, and moving His great Mind and Heart into the earth. He moves the media and makes it His pawn. Oh, the brilliant Wisdom of God! He takes a book out of the archives of history that millions have read since 1954, pulls it out, and slams it into the present through a movie. The light penetrates the lie, the armor of the strongman is stripped away, the demon is named, and can now be cast out!
Oh God, we need a national exorcism of this spirit of death that has ruled over us for 34 years! Every voice must be counted. Buy the book! Spread it around! Start children's prayer meetings to end abortion! Support crisis pregnancy centers! May your voice be heard in your voting. Pray for Jim Carrey to be radically saved--he could shout to the world, "This movie is about ending abortion!"
A young woman had a dream knowing nothing of the movie or Jim Carrey's involvement. She dreamt that Jim Carrey was a Christian and that he was carrying a briefcase with two books in it. The first one was called, Shaping History Through Prayer and Fasting, by Derek Prince, and the second one was a book called, Mobilizing The Army of God. Could this man and this movie mobilize a pro-life army of young people who will fast and pray for justice?
The front page of Time Magazine (last year, 2007) showed a hand with four different-sized fetuses resting on it. The article is saying that there are more crisis pregnancy centers than there are abortion clinics in America, and that abortion is at its lowest rate since the beginning years of when abortion was legalized. In the same magazine, there is an article about Jim Carrey, and he is seeking spiritual enlightenment, but doesn't know Jesus yet. Save him, God!!!
"It is time for all the Whos who have blood that is red to come to the aid of their country, he said." Suddenly, Dr. Suess kicks out of Who-ville and into national prophecy, not even knowing it. Christians must come to the aid of America carrying the Blood of Jesus, which alone can wash away our sins. It is not enough that Jesus died; the Blood must be applied to the doorposts of our national guilt. Oh, that millions of Christians would plead, "Jesus, I plead Your Blood over my sins and the sins of my nation. God, end abortion and send revival to America." While living for entertainment, they have no idea that they were meant to be a part of God's great movement to end abortion! Their voices must be heard now!!! Why would God give this dream stream to a group of young people who pray everyday in front of the Supreme Court calling on God to raise up righteous judges who will reverse Roe v Wade? To encourage hearts and release a movement through their prayers! So that it will be said:
"How true, yes, how true," said the big kangaroo, "and from now on you know what I am planning to do? From now on I am going to protect them with you!"
Brothers and sisters, let us believe that the Supreme Court will protect all the unborn little Whos, that God's big dream will come true, and that all the Whos' dreams could come true too.
It is profound that in the dream, the young lady saw not just one book, but a series of old books needed for the future. Read Horton Hatches an Egg. It is about a bird who wants to go play, rather than sit on her egg. So Horton, the elephant again, sits on the egg until the egg hatches. When the egg hatches, out comes, not a little baby bird, but an elephant with wings.
The moral of the story is this: he who cares for the unwanted child--that child will take on the nature of the one who cared for it. It is the spirit of adoption! God is calling the Church to adopt and care for the unwanted children in the nation. We have got to be Jesus' love answer. We can't just be pro-birth we must be pro-life!
Let the prophetic Church arise and carry the heart of Heaven! Let them hear The Call for united fasting and prayer on behalf of those who have no voice! Let the prophetic Church hear what the world can't hear, and may they blow the trumpet once again, declaring, "God has a dream, and we have His dream, and millions will be mobilized to become the river of justice rolling down again..."

Wasn't the history I thought I would be watching though, I thought it was going to be the end of a perfect season when actually I was watching the only brothers in NFL history to produce back to back Super Bowl MVP wins..much less likely to happen again than an undefeated season..not to take anything away from the patriots but they just turned out exactly how my fantasy team turned out...I was undefeated going into the final game..and then just got beat in the last one...wound up getting the silver trophy...with one loss..while the winner of our league had like 4 losses..but thats just how that goes..fun stuff...good tv and with a brand new episode of House afterwards...great stuff..anyways..I'm looking for an alternative for Itunes, any suggestions?..not mad at Itunes...it's great..just want more shows...House, Office...Heroes..?..

I need to know what to do with my life..24 years old and got nothing to show but a freakin associates degree in psychology that is basically useless ..I was going for a degree in graphic design but have just about decided that it's worthless as well..I have no clue what to do..and can't see any way out..I've been trying to find freelance stuff to do for friends and family but work has been scarce going about it that way..so I don't know what to do..I guess I'll just work at Gap for the rest of my life..heck..

Great idea..sounds better than webkinz, cheaper than club penguin, the beanie babies don't die like Webkinz but there is a bit to be desired in the gaming area..but maybe it'll get better, In my Photography class I developed two rolls of film but have yet to print any of the photos, I still have a lot of work to do in that class ..I'm ready for it to be over with and I want to be done with school with a real job so that I can actually help out around here and carry my own weight for once in my life..after that I'll have a student loan to pay off but maybe if I save right that won't be a huge deal..and finding a job is a big deal..maybe I'll get lucky..anyways..I'm sleepy and get to sleep a bit tomorrow ..good night all..

I've been attempting to rip the Simpsons seasons to my Ipod but I want them to be as separate episodes rather than one big long video file..I've ripped the dvd to my computer but cannot figure out which files make up one complete episode..so I'm at a big of a stand still right now..any help would be greatly appreciated anyways..I'm taking a photography class and an interactive design class which is basically how to use flash..so I'm trying to come up with a good story for my first cartoon..gotta be a minute long...any ideas?..

Well at least tomorrow I get to work an 8 hour shift at GAP the bad thing is that part of my family is having their thanksgiving without me..so I'll miss out on turkey and dressing and other goodies like that..but at least I'll be getting paid..I'll be glad when I get all my saving account information and get it set where it is easy to transfer money into it from my checking account..but that'll be a while since there isn't a Compass bank near me..oh well..

I stayed extra at work today..supposed to be there from 6 to 10:30 and instead I stayed 6 to 1:30 so I got paid a little extra...we had a nice time opening boxes and oh by the way it didn't help the fact that I went to bed at like 2 and got up at 5 to get to work..so I'm ultra sleepy now..and had a fever earlier but think I'm ok now..I can't wait to get some sleep and get tomorrow over with..I wanna be done with friday as well I gotta get up and go to court..anyways..I guess thats all I got now..

Have you seen those sleep number bed and the famous people that tell you what their sleep number is..well I want to know what my number is..For those of you who don't know the sleep number bed is a bed that you adjust the softness or firmness of with the click of a button on your remote that is connected to the bed. I'd love to have one and I found just the site to get it. Another thing that is awesome about it is that if your partner doesn't like the same kind of firmness or softness as you then you don't have any problem because each person gets their own remote to personally adjust their side of the bed to their liking and if you get one for the guest room you just might have somebody stay longer than you want them to due to the extra comfy bed. You are supposed to replace your mattress every so often anyways so I'm guessing it is about that time for us all. No more flipping that mattress and fighting with it to get those sheets on it again just get you a sleep number bed and adjust it like you like it and you'll be lucky if you are able to get up in time because it'll be so comfortable. Studies have shown that better sleep equals a better life, you'll feel better and be healthier than those of us who do not sleep well at night.

I feel bad, like a bum, I try to help out when I can but I'm pretty much living off of my brother..I just am not close to that position in my life where I can afford a place of my own..and don't know if I ever will be..I need to finish school and try to find a real job rather than working at Gap I thought about getting me a savings account and saving up as much as I can so that one day I might be able to get my own place and get off my brother and his family's back..I try to help but I'm not really sure I help enough for it to matter..I just need a good paying job and a couple of years..and I'll be set..I'm not asking for much...just a place to live..I'll get on it..gotta start saving now...which I should have started a long time ago...
