This Drugs Inc. show is driving me nuts.. if these people really care about the public safety then rather than going and making all of these "Designer" drugs illegal..why don't they make the drugs that have been used for years upon years and had ZERO deaths related to it..that all of these bath salts and such are labeled "Not for human consumption" are trying to mimic.. how bout we legalize the real things. All these drugs are killing people..WAKE UP!! Wish there was something I could do to change things.. helpless.. nobody listens..

Maybe this is wrong..

I'm not trying to offend anyone.. and I'm sorry if you have lost someone to a situation like this but every time I see a case where someone overdoses or has a deadly combination of pain pills I always think to myself "I told you so".. maybe it's time we legalize marijuana..? I mean there have been 0 cases of death caused by it.. it doesn't cause cancer..I mean they prescribe it to CANCER patients..There is also lot's of money to be made and it might as well go into the hands of the government rather than the streets where only those taking risks benefit from it. When you have both the chief of police and the head drug dealers both wanting pot to be illegal .. somebody is wrong.. Not to mention the health factor.. it is soo much better for you than alcohol and tobacco. People say it's a gateway drug? Probably not if you make it available.. the main reason people try new drugs is because of the black market..but this is just my opinion.. hope someone finds this and maybe causes you to think a bit..Oh and that whole "It makes you lazy" how bout near almost every musician that has had a successful career has smoked pot? Ted Turner.. joint a day.. ok.. done..

memories...

It's neat how many memories you make throughout life. Some small things that might not mean a thing to another that is involved in that same memory. Yet, if you try to remember something you did last week it's not easy to recall. I often wonder how accurate my memories are and if some of them have been skewed and stretched along the way, or if some memories might be just you recalling stories that you've heard older people tell about you, absorbing other people's memories of you into your own Memories are triggered by virtually every sense that you have. Sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell and also memories that just seem to wander in from out of nowhere. Memories can also trigger other memories and send you rushing down a rapid of events and friends, places and pets. I guess the reason that memories are so easily triggered with me is because it's easier to look back into the past than it is to look at an uncertain future. Just gotta keep your head up, and keep making memories....

For a moment i went back in time...

I had this brief moment today when I felt as if I had traveled back in time. What triggered it was a combination of things beginning with me discovering that The Wonder Years was on netflix watch instantly as well as noticing while I was taking a picture through my camera phone and looking through the view on the phone's screen (for some reason when i "go back in time" the picture quality changes ha) but.. all of the brown tones along with the picture quality. The memories that all exist in this house of me and my family, far apart on this globe but somehow still connected in a weird but understood way. It makes me want to find dad's old ugly ass green chair that I would sit in and eat dad's popcorn and drink his club soda drink mom always fixed him. I would always watch the discovery channel and always ask dad questions and he would always respond with "if you'll shut your mouth they'll tell you" and always to my surprise they would answer the question that I had just finished saying. I'm glad my parents taught me how to listen. If people would listen about half as much as they talk we'd be better off.. guess i've rambled enough now...

long time no blog..

Not that anyone reads this but just in case someone stumbles upon this i got some stuff to say.. Odd how if one is addicted to drugs people are just jumping at the bit to help them get their life on track.. but one with two associates degrees, one Psychology, and one Drafting Design Technology. Is just left to fend for himself, I go to the Career Center here in town and ask for help getting a job and they hand me a phone book... gee, thanks.. oh well, things will work out.. soon hopefully

So money is getting tight, i feel like i'm barely staying afloat and don't really know what to do, maybe i can just hold on until May and then the job hunt will be on, other than that life is pretty good right now, I'm scrounging the internet for all the money i can find, i got a betus account and been doing pretty good but they are giving me hell for trying to cash out my winnings, a fee of $40 seems a little steep on a cash out of $45 so I'm lookin into getting them to direct deposit it, maybe they won't charge so much for that, and if they do then i will be finding another site to bet at. Most of you are used to ads on my blog but this is really just me complaining.. I got a donation box over there and nobody has ever used it... oh well..I'm gonna go to bed now..

First for a long time..

First time in a long time I've really not been ready for this next week. I think it's gonna be pretty stressful but we shall see. This has been a great weekend, family filled, we got together and pretty much spent all of Saturday sitting around my Granpa's house. and then I came home and watched a movie and went to bed early and then actually got up Sunday morning and went to church. Life goes on and I'm just gonna take it one day at a time, gotta do my best and hope its enough. I'll try to blog everyday and hope I can get some readers up on here..

First day back to school..

first days are always a breeze..This is gonna be a rough semester but I have a plan to take it one day at a time and try not to be overwhelmed by the amount of work it is going to involve. Being forced into a moon buggy project that will probably benefit me more than i know but it's gonna be a lot of work and stressful but I'm up for it.. i just gotta keep positive and I'll be good at least I'm not going through this alone. So...mom gets out of the hospital today but I'll still have the house to myself because she is staying at Grans due to the number of stairs in this house... anyways.. I gotta go take care of all the animals..

confused..

I'm not sure where my feelings go, I don't have a good outlet, most people work out, paint, or write music or poems but I guess I just suppress my feelings and they are going to all come back one day, or maybe I'll just forget about 'em... who knows...I really do wonder when, where or if they are going to come back and get me it also surprises me that some people can tell when something is wrong with me but others have no clue at all, sometimes I just wanna be left alone. I came crashing down the other day but i always do after a vacation or even after just being out of Walker County AL, I go from being surrounded by people that are great friends and all love me back to this crap hole town where I have very few people I actually hang around. It also seems as though I'm doomed to be "just friends" with everyone, I guess I'm good with that...might as well be..would love to have somebody to love... but oh well ...wouldn't we all....

I guess today is blog worthy...

Today, bright and early, or rather dark and early I had to get up and take mom to the Hospital to get one of her knees replaced, so we arrived at 4:45 or so and sit in the waiting room, then we moved to a different waiting room and as soon as mom went back we moved to another room and waited some more until it was time for her to go for surgery, so we waited about 2 hours while she was in surgery, I slept in the waiting room until 6:30 which is when the cafeteria opens and starts serving breakfast so I ate breakfast and then headed back to the waiting room and slept in the chairs woke up when the phone rang and was told that they were starting surgery, this morning lasted forever. so at about 11 I get to leave the hospital and went to pay the water bill and the house insurance and then headed to the house, took a shower and accidently took a nap...oops ha ha..woke up about 5 and gave Jeremy a call and he's still at work.. supposed to be on his way home right now...we are gonna go out one last time before school starts...and probably continue to go out even when school is going on ....cause we are hardcore like that...can't wait to be done with school and have a real job...

so I know if i really wanted people to read this i would put it on myspace where my friends actually read it but I need some new friends to hang around.. I need something to look forward to.. same routine over and over again gets me down..school is about to be out for about a week and i think i'm gonna spend it with BB Gun and T Hizzie. ..and quite possibly Bayhor..its always a good time when we get together..forget about all the rest of the world, we've been regularly visiting Murphy's playing pool and drinking beer..makes for some fun times..and late night trips to Ralley's to pick up a big buford with chicken and bacon on it... that sandwich was amazing..anyways.. nobody reads this garbage anyways.. so have fun everybody..

Moved on

Well I've moved on to listening to a different group now...I'm loving the Old Crow Medicine show..good stuff..and Vitamin water...good stuff as well..I like the Traquillo the best..it's pineapple flavored and supposed to help you calm down..very soothing flavor.. might be just mental thing but i feel it relaxes me..but whatever works..i'm working on my book and finding that it's harder than just writing down the story that you have to tell..we'll see how that goes..I'm still searching...

well i haven't much to say..i've had some calls from my buddies today it's always nice to have friends... got my little support group it's just too bad we are scattered about the country so..I have nobody to hang with this weekend so its just me and mom at the house.. jeremy is out of town and i guess this is my problem with not wanting too many friends... when the ones you have are gone you got nobody.. but if it were the other way you got so many friends and so little time.. so i guess i prefer how it is..i just want a small close knit group of friends....I'm identifying with Corey Smith's music so well right now.. I can find at least one line from every song that applies.. that makes me feel better..One day at a time..but i guess i've really always lived that way.. anyways.. nobody is really gonna read this it might as well be a conversation with myself..but anyways.. have fun guys and be safe..
