How was everyones Christmas?

Mine was great..I've been away from the computer for a while as you might have guessed and maybe you've missed me..but I now actually have more than the sports game for my Wii, it's great..I'm excited about it..I also got an Ipod for Christmas...so now I need money to purchase songs and tv shows and movies for it..I found a way to rip dvd's to my Ipod I put the Simpson movie on my Ipod but have yet to get a chance to watch it..but I'm sure I'll get it...soon..anyways..I'll check in with y'all later..

Football is great..

I'm broke and sleepy..

Well at least tomorrow I get to work an 8 hour shift at GAP the bad thing is that part of my family is having their thanksgiving without me..so I'll miss out on turkey and dressing and other goodies like that..but at least I'll be getting paid..I'll be glad when I get all my saving account information and get it set where it is easy to transfer money into it from my checking account..but that'll be a while since there isn't a Compass bank near me..oh well..

A long day of work..

I stayed extra at work today..supposed to be there from 6 to 10:30 and instead I stayed 6 to 1:30 so I got paid a little extra...we had a nice time opening boxes and oh by the way it didn't help the fact that I went to bed at like 2 and got up at 5 to get to work..so I'm ultra sleepy now..and had a fever earlier but think I'm ok now..I can't wait to get some sleep and get tomorrow over with..I wanna be done with friday as well I gotta get up and go to court..anyways..I guess thats all I got now..

I've always wanted one of these..

Have you seen those sleep number bed and the famous people that tell you what their sleep number is..well I want to know what my number is..For those of you who don't know the sleep number bed is a bed that you adjust the softness or firmness of with the click of a button on your remote that is connected to the bed. I'd love to have one and I found just the site to get it. Another thing that is awesome about it is that if your partner doesn't like the same kind of firmness or softness as you then you don't have any problem because each person gets their own remote to personally adjust their side of the bed to their liking and if you get one for the guest room you just might have somebody stay longer than you want them to due to the extra comfy bed. You are supposed to replace your mattress every so often anyways so I'm guessing it is about that time for us all. No more flipping that mattress and fighting with it to get those sheets on it again just get you a sleep number bed and adjust it like you like it and you'll be lucky if you are able to get up in time because it'll be so comfortable. I need some cash...

I feel bad, like a bum, I try to help out when I can but I'm pretty much living off of my brother..I just am not close to that position in my life where I can afford a place of my own..and don't know if I ever will be..I need to finish school and try to find a real job rather than working at Gap I thought about getting me a savings account and saving up as much as I can so that one day I might be able to get my own place and get off my brother and his family's back..I try to help but I'm not really sure I help enough for it to matter..I just need a good paying job and a couple of years..and I'll be set..I'm not asking for much...just a place to live..I'll get on it..gotta start saving now...which I should have started a long time ago...

Exciting project..

I've been using photo shop to make new wallpapers for my cell phone and that's pretty cool stuff..I can fix 'em up just right and then send them via blue tooth to my phone..but I haven't perfected it because it still has to stretch and distort a bit to fit my phone's screen right but it is still pretty neat stuff..Now if I can just open up a custom wallpaper site ha ha..

Hard day at work..

This was the hardest day I've ever worked at GAP..we got a shipment plus we had to move it all upstairs to the new store location..it's going to be nice...when it's done...they have to get on the ball cause it is not really close to being finished and ready to open. I am well prepared for class...he wants us to dress up for this critique so here I am, button up shirt, khakis, brown shoes and my brown belt...as dressed up as I get aside from Mardi Gras..but thats different..so I've got it all cut and laid out I just need to get it glued down and ready to present..I have to run to hobby lobby and grab some quick supplies..and then run back to the house ..mount it and get on to school to turn it in...and hope it goes well..I'm sure that it will..I'll let ya know how it goes...cause I know you care..ha ha..

Nervous about tomorrow

Tomorrow I have to turn in my stationary suite...I have it printed but the hard part is getting it all mounted and pretty for presentation..I'll have to make a trip to hobby lobby tomorrow after Lisa gets back from class...I'm excited about my photo manipulation project...it's a series of 6 cell phone wall papers and Lisa is gonna help me get the photographs set up to photoshop if I can ever get a working copy of it..ugh..I get a huge student discount but still can't quite afford it. I'd love to have the whole suite...CS3 but dang...what a heavy price...anyways..I need to get registered for classes..gotta figure out what classes I still need..I'm ready to be done with school and making some real money...oh and speaking of..I applied at Best Buy, hoping for more hours and a shorter drive..the people at GAP are great..I just need more money and I'm sick of clothes ha ha...but I've been there for a little over year now..so it's time to move on...

Well, Christmas is right around the corner..and I'm hoping that means that hours will pick up at the Gap so I can actually do some shopping for people..or maybe actually save some money up for a big purchase later in life....Today has been an alright day..I'm really sleepy now..and can't wait to get that printing job out of the way for class Tuesday..I wish I could find a job in graphic design...somewhere..preferably around here...but I'll just have to keep my eyes out..and hope I can know somebody who can get me in the door somewhere...just maybe..

And it would appear that federal law is on his side. Section 108 of the 1975 Magnuson-Moss Act, states that, "In general, tie-in sales provisions are not allowed. Such a provision would require a purchaser of the warranted product to buy an item or service from a particular company to use with the warranted product in order to be eligible to receive a remedy under the warranty."

No more income..

So...now we are getting rid of the internet here at the house...so that means..no more money for me...I'll have to find a new job...Gap doesn't provide enough hours for me, so I guess this blog is over now...goodbye all and thanks for reading...

Frustrating...

I need a real job...somewhere..GAP just doesn't pay me well enough and I actually make more online than I do at GAP..I just need a more steady income...I cannot find a job online ..I just don't know the right people..I just wish I could find one person that needed a design ..that I could do right before my 30 day free trial on the Adobe software runs out but they are sneaking up on me and I hate not being able to help out around here..I'm broke all the time and all I pay for is my food and gas...ugh...how frustrating...

Last play of the game....one play, 15 laterals...and a touchdown later..Trinity wins...who cares that it's division III football it's still a play that will go on many highlight reels...it looks more like a basketball play..

Big Football Weekend..

I'm pretty excited about this weekend..LSU vs Bama on Saturday and Colts vs Patriots Sunday..that'll be exciting...so we've temporarily taken in two extra children for the week or at least part of it...they are good kids.. and really cute ha ha...so the official homeschooling is about to begin it should be an adventure. We have gotten almost all of the clothing at GAP switched over from plastic hangers to wooden ones..it looks a lot nicer than it did before..Steven and Lisa got my snack food survey mailed off and I should have my $50 from it soon..and then 10 more when I complete the online portion of the survey..I'll try to save that money for Christmas...but won't make any promises..anyways..I guess I'll go on now...I might be looking at my first fantasy loss this week...oh well..you can't win 'em all..my QB let me down...along with a couple of others..

It is Saturday and I'm so glad to get my working over with at the GAP..so I can watch some football for the rest of my day..mainly Alabama and Auburn play but a little extra games sprinkled in there between..I have to keep an eye on my picks on the yahoo group..not doing to swell on those these days..but my Fantasy team is alright..gonna be a rough week but I'm sure we'll pull it off..I have to work tomorrow too but I really don't mind missing the NFL games although I do enjoy watching thanks to fantasy sports..but I guess that's what Sunday night is for..so..anyways..I guess I need to start working on my designs for class soon..I've got nothing more to say..I'll blog later..

So much to do..

Well it is Friday and we have tons to do..the house needs some attention and we need money..Monopoly wasn't good to us today..we only got one piece online that we didn't have, so now we have all but one of every one of the online pieces and a couple of the real life pieces..The cats are crapping everywhere and they look all innocent but we know..we can smell it..it is very frustrating how fast the house gets destroyed and how long it takes to make it right..anyways..I guess I'll stop complaining..just wish I could find a good way to make some cash online..aside from all the other sites that I frequent..make a donation..ha ha you'll be the first too..it might surprise you but nobody will give to me just for no reason..but I haven't given up yet...so give.. please..

I'm a winner..

Nothing big, but after typing in my Monopoly codes today..I won a free download of Monopoly Here and Now for the computer..I've played it twice now..won once, lost once..anyways..it isn't what I was hoping to win but I'll take it..maybe something better next time..so I've been stressing over my fantasy football team not being predicted to win..maybe I'll out perform the other team..just maybe..But I've done my research and feel that I have the best available team..so I'll just have to do with what I got..we'll see what's gonna happen..oh and Happy 600th visitor..woohoo..

Monopoly is Back.

Well Mcdonald's is doing Monopoly again and I'm prepared to win some cash..Now is a great time to run upon a little extra cash considering that we are all a little low and could use a little monetary boost so McDonalds is my quick fix and hopefully two meals a day there will help us out..ha ha..and with both our online chances and our hard copy paper chances I think we are well off...oh and I got my drug test back today and surprise surprise..I'm all clean..now I just have to get all that paper work filled out and sent in..and I'll have a clean record again..

1 year Anniversary!

I've now been working at GAP for a year..and was rewarded with a shiny silver pin that says "GAP inc 1" it's a nice little gesture but more important is all he money that has been made there, I just need some more.I just have so man things that I want to buy, I'd like to go all out on Christmas but really don't have the money to right now..The small amount of football that I've seen today has been pretty exciting stuff.. Don't we all wish that officers would worry about things like this. rather than putting innocent people like me in jail for a couple of hours.. how bout we should worry about people killing people instead of people driving too slow in a school zone..?..huh?..anyways..enough griping, I'm over it!!

Oh what a day!!

It all started when I went to take the girls to school, just jumped up stuck my contacts in and headed out to take 'em to school, so I dropped 'em off and then drove on home, only to find out that a crossing guard turned me in as "Driving suspiciously" and so I was searched me , my car .and given the sobriety test, the whole walk the line and count to 9 and then turn around and do the same back, and then the stand on one foot with your other foot held 6 inches from the ground counting down from 99 while looking at your foot..so I could do neither one of those so this automatically means that I am on some sort of strong pain medication...oh and my eyes move, my mom's eyes move, my brother's eyes move and my gran's eyes move..so we must all be on strong pain medications...so I stayed in jail for most of the day..thanks to Steven and Lisa for getting me out..so I propose that police need more education on this condition that I have.. I understand they are just trying to do their jobs but they just ruined a whole day for me, and cost Steven a day at work, ruined a perfectly good pair of pj pants because I wasn't allowed to have string in the cell with me..so I feel they owe me..ugh..I never have liked police that much...but who would keep a dangerous criminal such as me off the streets if there weren't any of Gardendale's finest???..It was really humiliating for a police officer to look me straight in the eye and tell me that I was on drugs, when I knew for a fact that I was not, I have never even had pain medication beyond advil for a head ache. anyways..I'm a free man now...gotta go to court and get it cleared up in about a month..I plan on having my blood test with me on that day and prove to them once and for all that I was not intoxicated at all..

slow going..

All my earnings have slowed down as of lately..Clixsense is up to almost 7 dollars and I need $10 to cash out..I just cashed out my lightspeed and helium is slowly gaining money it's almost at $5 and I need $25 before I can cash out, I earned a whole 11 cents last month on yuwie and cannot get anybody to participate in it whole heartedly but you can't really expect people too until you have something to show for it..survey spot sent me a check along with MySurvey and that helped pay the cell phone bill so that was nice to have, and payperpost will pay out soon so I should be doing alright..

A friend in need!!

This computer is driving me nuts..I have to hold the chord in it just right or the computer goes dim and eventually just shuts off..but not just shut off, the back light goes out and then you have to unplug it and take the battery out for it to go completely off before you can turn it back on?.. anyways..I'm working on saving up to get one maybe one day...I've been slowly working my way to the $5 mark at clixsense and my surveys are going well but it is a very slow process and not getting to work more than 4 hours a week also makes the money come in slow..very frustrating..maybe I'll actually finish school and get a real job one day..oh..that'll be the day..ha ha..anyways.. Computer has been down..

I haven't blogged in a while due to my computer being on the edge of death but so far it is back and limping along smoothly I'm still looking for that perfect website that is out there to help me earn enough to purchase a new computer, I've been visiting that clixsense website and I've earned a little over 3 dollars on it, Helium I'm up to also a little over 3 dollars all my survey sites which are paying out daily.. so I'm saving up my money, I really like the way those new Ipod touch look although I've not seen nor held one I'd love to have one.. anyways.. This is crap!

So... I had my first real day of class today... it sucked..wasted day basically.. went to my first class it seems kinda cool.. I didn't realize how much time I actually had between classes so my dumb self sat around on the bench outside..took a little nap.. and woke up just in time to go to class..which is gonna be a real pain.. So I started on my first assignment and got about a 3rd of the way done..class was over so I saved it on my thumb drive that I now find out is too small.. so I get on my computer to finish my assignment just to find out that InDesign CS2 won't read a CS3 (which is the updated version of the same software).. so I guess I have to start over...and even if I do I don't know that it will print at the school once I do finish... so that makes me very angry..so now I have all these supplies to get and really no money to get 'em with... Gap doesn't have me on the schedule this week so that's two weeks in a row that I haven't worked so that means...no money coming my way..so crap I don't know what to do..I like the teacher of the second class but dang it these supplies are just too much to ask..and requiring three different books .. all cheap but combined adds up.. even used..$13, $10, and $7.50...ugh..I'm confused...

I got to work this morning at the G-A-P just to find my name upon a dry erase board saying that they desire from me a Gap card this month, thats all and well, I can try accept for the fact that they only schedule me during the hours of 6 to 10 and we NEVER open before 10, but I'm good with working while nobody is there but us employees so if they choose to say something to me, I feel I have a valid excuse, because the people I work with in the morning are sick and tired of me pushing Gap cards on them ha ha...so.. that's all I got, Oh and I've been doing well on Helium... great stuff, I've written one article this month and earned 36 cents..and still no results back on the it pays to learn.com...I'll let ya know how that turns out..

Being Sick.

I hate being sick..I'm all stuffy headed and cold but don't have a fever..can't sleep at night cause my head is all leaky my ears are stopped up and my head hurts but I've taken a hot shower and drank some coffee and I'm doing a bit better now..but still not up to par...I worked on my portfolio added one more design to it and I feel that it is a pretty strong design..I enjoy doing stuff like that and would love to be paid to do it..but can't find a way to get my foot in the door..anyways..I guess in the time being I will be trying to get better...and trying to make some money so that we can go to the beach soon...

I've earned $1.38 on Helium and have an article on "How to see a rainbow" and it has earned 5 cents this week, but every little bit adds up, my article that has earned the most is an article on whether doing online surveys can pay the bills with a whopping 18 cents, not even comparable to Lisa's $1.50 article. I just can't wait for the day when I get that big $25 from 'em..oh what a day ...I've yet to win any of the entries you receive for those surveys at SurveySpot, or Lightspeed but my hopes are still high because who really does those surveys that you don't get paid for, so my chances should be pretty high right?..anyways..an even slower earning is Google Adsense..57 cents so far..wow..anyways..I guess thats it..

I've gotten a $4 check from a survey place and I received a product sample from PayPerPost and I'm to use it and then post on it, although it doesn't state how much they are going to pay me but the only people that got the sample is people that are very active on payperpost and I guess me earning a little over $400 makes me very active ha ha..but anyways.. I've gotten a whole $1.30 on Helium and I've found the best way to get money on there is to write early and write often, the more you write the more you make it's easy to do and in a couple of months you'll be able to cash out your $25 there are other sites out there that offer the same deal, with a lower payout but they are more picky about the articles and being accepted into it, but Helium accepts all people, the only side effect that I've found is that writing for Helium causes you to have longer blogs...but I think it's worth it..Oh..and 57 cents with Adsense now...no money on Big Fish Games...but I've had some fun on there..no t-shirts sold...

Well, I haven't much to say here accept for I'm up to $1.20 on helium now...earned a whole 8 cents due to Lisa's good run yesterday earning almost as much as I've earned in a couple of months on there but anyways..I guess thats all I have..I haven't heard how my friends shirt did but I'm guessing it was a no because the little counter on this site said it's average vote was like 2.3 and I don't know if that is good or not..most of the comments I read on it said that it needed more color too it..but I'd wear it..anyways..I'll update ya later..

Helium, not just good for making you sound like a chipmunk anyomre..

Lisa just wrote an article last night on Helium and woke up this morning, checked it and over night it had made 93 cents..it took me like 4 months to reach over a dollar and she has written like 4 articles and almost has a dollar already, so maybe Helium is better than I was making it out to be, at that rate it won't take long for us to get a check from 'em..anyways..My friends shirt that we all went and voted on...the voting ended today and I'm looking forward to seeing how it did and if it made it or not..it got over 2000 votes so maybe thats good enough..if it is..he'll be $2000 richer and thats cool..anyways..I gotta come up with a good one..and then actually produce the graphic anyways..Andy came up with some good t-shirt ideas but they are like snorg tee quality and not quite up to par with Threadless..anyways..I guess I'll blog more later..

Long time no blog!

Our internet has been out for 4 days I think...so it's seemed like an eternity. No phone, cable, or internet but we kept well entertained while we were out, we watched all the Harry Potter movies and they were really good, I also earned some more money even while I didn't have access to my internet, I got a dollar from CREAMaid, $10 from Lightspeed, and I now have a total of 94 cents on Helium.. so far so good, My shirt for threadless tees still hasn't been accepted but I'll try to come up with a more solid design and resubmit...my friend has one that is on there...go vote..I'll get a link and post it on here..

New Idea.

Well turns out that the shirt shop idea is great ...if you pay for the shop..if you get the free shop then you are only allowed one of each shirt in the shop...so I'm taking a different route..I will enter a competition at threadless tees and see if I can win the $2000 bucks I know..chances are slim but hey...what can it hurt?..so..go vote..as soon as my shirt gets approved..and come see my blog to see how it is doing...sweet..

Found a place where you design shirts, you put 'em into your shop online and they handle all of the printing and shipping all you do is design shirts and name the price and the price all determines how much they send you at the end of the month...I'll let you know how that turns out..

New Money making prospect..

I've found a new site that is a possible way to make more money online. It is a site called DayTipper and you sign up free and then submit tips to the site and if they choose to publish the tips that you send in then they give you three dollars via paypal, I'm not sure how picky they are about tips but I'll let you know about it if I ever receive payment.

New Kittens

Well, we now have 7 new kittens I think...they are cute but anyways...I've earned another $58 on Surveyspot, and haven't even cashed out my $53 check yet, and I also recieved a $10 from MySurvey and have now earned a whole 76 cents on Helium..woohoo..go me.. ha ha..

News flash on making money online..

Surveys are still the way to go..$53 and a $10 and another $50 0n the way..still at just 72 cents at Helium, doing well but still no check from them yet, it will take a while..and I've only 2 clicks last time I checked at Google adsense which equals about 35 cents so ..nowhere near a check there.. it'll take me years to get one at this pace..and nobody has purchased a game from my game space at big fish games...I've been playing Texas Hold'em on it though and doing pretty well, entering into the sweepstakes there for a chance to win a game, or cash, but really aiming for the game cause Lisa likes this game Nanny Mania and if I won I'd totally get it for her..download it on her computer or course..but if you can get somebody to buy one..you get 25% of their purchase and also on their later purchases no matter if it is from your site...they have good games it is just hard to get people to go to buy it from your page..anyways..it's fun to play games..and I've found many that I really like.

It is official.

CREAMaid is official, I have received payment from them, and it was really fast, just like they say within 24hrs of when your post has been selected they have it in your paypal account and ready to transfer to the bank. Unlike Payperpost with which you have to wait a month to get the money, which isn't a big deal once you have been regularly posting day after day because then you are just getting paid day after day. The only problem I am having with CREAMaid is that there are so few opportunities that is my only gripe. It is neat how you get paid for the initial post and then every time somebody posts off of your page you get a referral payment as well, but you don't get that until the conversation has been closed. I've been paid $2 so far from CREAMaid.

Been crazy.

Well every since Lisa and Steven got back it has been nuts around here..I got back from work this morning and Lisa and the rest of the ladies were gone to Walmart buying stuff for the shower tomorrow, we've been preparing for that...it's been crazy..we ate dinner, cheeseburgers I had fried egg on mine..that was new..and yummy...anyways..after that I had some cookie cake and a glass of water..and a Pina Colada..mm.. it was really Lisa's but she bailed out on it so I drank it..They made a diaper cake..it's neat..they are gone to walmart again to get more ribbon and hair dye.. I'm amused

There is a widget on my Mac dashboard that allows me to track flights and I've found Lisa and Steven's flight..I'm gonna watch it as it happens on a little animated map on my computer, there are also sites that you can track flights on but you have to refresh the page to see the movement but on the one on my computer it actually slowly moves along as it happens..how fun!!..as of right now there are no delays on that flight..so we are right on track..

Money Making Tips.

Well so far with my making money on the internet surveys seem to be the way to go , with sites out there like global test market, surveyspot, lightspeed panel, well those are the main money makers for me..I'm trying a site called Helium and have earned a grand total of 32 cents..you have to have $25 to cash in..so it is basically just a way to pass time. I am also using Google Adsense on this page and have earned 35 cents with it..another way that I have found, actually Lisa found it.. but pay per post it is a great way once you get through that initial signing up period and getting your blog approved and all that is a pretty big hassle but once that is over and you get a steady flow of posts the money comes in good and daily. Best bet guys is to just get a real job...and maybe have the others on the side for extra cash.

The Diet Crusher.

Here it is guys, what you've all been waiting to see... This is the lunch that ends weight loss..a $7 pizza from Little Caesars, Bacon, Pepperoni and sausage .. it's over with one bite of this pizza...or four pieces ha ha..I do apologize for the low quality of this picture but you'll have to forgive me cause it's taken holding my webcam up above it and reaching over with my other hand and clicking the "Capture Still Image" button, I might could have focused it a little more but why do that when I could just blame the low quality on a webcam?..anyways..I couldn't find Tori's camera to borrow otherwise I would have had an interesting photo blog like Lisa's...but like we've all heard before..."An excuse ..Ain't nothin' but a lie with a bow tie" ha ha..and that'll be my clever quote for the day..

A Diet of Ham sandwiches and Pringels

It's worked for me these two days that I've been away from the family, All I've eaten is Ham and the occasional bologna sandwich sometimes with mustard and sometimes mayo and sometimes just dry accompanied by various flavors of pringles potato crisps, Bacon Ranch, Spicy Guacamole or just original and large glasses of ice water to drink. I don't have specific numbers on weight loss I just know that I'm down to 164 and had been hovering around 168 or 167 somewhere along there, but today this diet comes crashing down just like all diets do..Lisa suggested that this diet of mine isn't healthy, not enough to eat she says so today for lunch I will have a grand crashing of the diet by having a little Caesars $5 pizza, pepperoni to be more specific. it'll be good

What a crazy world we live in?

It's crazy to think that today you could get on an airplane and just be thousands of miles away in just an hour or so. That is just wild to me, so much technology that wasn't available just years ago, You can get on a plane and fly to Michigan and send a text message to somebody's phone and let 'em know you are there safely, or you could even send an email from your phone. Maybe I'm just easily impressed but if you really stop and think about it, it's crazy, think wlat Alexander Graham Bell would think about what has been done with the telephone, or Orville and Wilbur Wright , what would they think about how huge and fast airplanes have gotten? There are just so many ground breaking inventions that were made and somebody else came along and improved it, just took an old idea and ran with it.. anyways..thats me thinking too much I guess..

Orange Dreamsicle Cake

Lisa got around to making my Birthday Cake and it was wonderful, best one I've had, It was orange supreme cake with which chocolate chips added and a little sour cream thrown in to keep the cake good an moist. Cooked in a bunt pan, the great thing is that while it cooks the which chocolate chips melt and pretty much become a layer of which chocolate that rests both on the outside of the cake and the occasional lump hiding right inside the crust of the cake. It was great fresh out of the oven but I think even better after it had cooled for about 30 min and the white chocolate chips had become hard again. It was a great cake.

Pregnant Cat

We have a pregnant cat, Kate, she got out one too many times and was having unprotected sex, and now we are going to have kittens because even kitty cat abortion is wrong. This is the first pregnant cat that I have ever been around because all of our other cats were "fixed" or "broken" however you want to look at it. So it is kind of neat because you can actually see and feel the kittens moving around inside of her, it is interesting to see how her personality changes and she has become more vocal and more affectionate towards us and actually greets us when we get home and seems to attempt to stop us from leaving her here. I'm looking forward to seeing where she decides is a safe place to have her kittens and hope its not on the new couch where she sleeps most of the time, cause that would be a nasty mess to clean up. Anyways, I'm listening to John Mayer who I was rather disappointed in to find out that he was doing Jessica Simpson the way he was. But then again it was in a magazine and which ones can you really trust? Judging by his myspace blog he seems like a cool guy..

Time goes by so slowly.

No, I wasn't singing that song, although I could but anyways Steven and Lisa left me today and it has been so slow around here, I've washed dishes and done a couple of loads of laundry, fed the dogs, picked up the charcoal off the back porch, went to the post office to mail the IRS a form they needed to allow me to file taxes online then went to Wal-mart and got some sandwich stuff for lunch and dinner, got my car serviced as well, now I'm home and have eaten, I also took a $3 survey on a new show on MTV called Band in a bubble sponsored by Dr.Pepper I love when a brand just goes ahead and buys all the commercial spots in a show and then the show is presented in its entirety no commercial breaks, now I will support Dr.Pepper cause first off it's a cool show and second thanks for no commercials even if it is blatantly plastered all over the show and every person is drinking Dr.Pepper with the label perfectly visible to the camera which is kinds funny to me...anyways..I've missed Steven, Lisa and the kids they'll be back here safely soon though I'm sure..

Fear not Mac Users.

Because you too can use a webcam, even if the box says nothing about offering support for a MAC all you have to do, and it is super easy to do is go buy a webcam Logitech Quickcam Express is the one I got and then come on home and google macam and choose a version that you need I downloaded Version 0.9 and it was working within seconds it allows you to capture both pictures and video and saves it to a desired location, I cannot figure out how to make the sound work but I am very pleased at how simple the setup was on my mac, Thank you Macam!

Flyboys

We watched Flyboys tonight and it was a great movie, call me strange or maybe just typical guy but I love historically based movies, war movies, I loved Pearl Harbor, and Flyboys, and Saving Private Ryan, I would recommend this movie to anybody to watch, along with Accepted but that movie is in a whole different category, anyways, goodnight all.

Fall into the Gap...but only like once a week.

My j.o.b. at the G.A.P is not that bad the only deal is...they only schedule me like 8 hours a week which is pretty good I guess accept for the fact that for the past couple of weeks they've called and said they didn't need me to work one morning so that cuts me down to 4 hours..but I know I do good cause I was working the fitting rooms today and when I left we were like $5 over our goal. Anyways..I need money!!

Top of the morning to ya!

It has been an interesting day so far, I woke up and went into Lisa's bedroom to see what she was watching, because she had turned the tv up and I could tell she was watching something interesting, She was watching My Super Sweet 16, a show on MTV about people who throw really really ridiculous birthday parties for their daughters on their 16th birthday. So after we watched a couple of episodes of that, I completely lost interest due to the last episode the girl was being a total B*tch and making these two guys compete for her love and then at the end she chose the one that lost all three competitions. Anyways..after that the little neighbor boy came over to see when Tori was going to bathe the dog, this turned into much more of a chore than it had ever been before, it was all going smooth until Drew decided he wanted to go out and help, so Jen gets in when Drew goes out, and she's not big on going outside, so she just lays down and we have a little battle, Lisa threw some water at Jen and this just threw her into a scared frenzy running upstairs and jumping on the couch, so now we have wet dog on the couch, but eventually Lisa got the broom and just kinda tapped her on the rear and then Jen knew we weren't playing so she went out, and then we swept and dried up the floor, had breakfast and a vitamin and then I took a shower and helped clean up. I moved the computer that was in the floor down to Halei's room and now all is calmed down and Lisa and Constance are gone out and me and the kiddos are home, peaceful, Kate is getting pretty far along with her kittens they are beginning to move in her to the point where she'll be asleep and actually wake up and meow due to kitten movement..so thats been my day so far...interesting huh?

The Song Remembers when.

That song is oh so true, we were riding down the road today and listening to the radio when "I can only imagine" came on the radio and Lisa was remembering the first time she felt Halei move inside her, she was on her way to work and she was saying how it made her cry, and then I was remembering all the times I had cried while that song was on, During our Final Word at Blooming Grove that Tim had written rather than buy the cheesy little cookie cutter ones from Lifeway and all the memories of the group, both the serious and the fun memories and they were all triggered by that one song. I guess this is a follow up of my memories blog from a while back; weird how smells, sounds, songs and being places can all send memories rushing back to your mind.

Memory

Memory is a funny thing, not ha ha funny but strange funny. It's odd to me how a smell can invoke so many memories, What brings this up is tonight Steven was grilling, but due to us not having the gas grill here we borrowed a charcoal grill, the smell of the smoke coming off of the charcoal makes me think , camping, grilling out, good times, riding bikes and such but also this weekend I was thinking while standing watching the grand VBS finale thinking of all the VBS that I had taken part in and all the memories that I had of helping out and the people I was around and the people I had influenced as well as the people who have influence on me. I miss those people. Even if I were to go back to that place now it wouldn't be the same. so all this said what it all boils down to I guess is..

Hot Outside.

It is way hot outside in Alabama today and I've heard that due to the drought situation milk prices are going to sky rocket. I can only assume that the reason is that the hay that the cows need to eat cost more so it's one one of those trickle things where it cost everybody more so everybody pays more but that won't really effect me directly cause I'm not a big milk fan anyways. I just try to blog about non personal stuff on this blog. but I something is bothering me...these children eat and eat and eat and eat...oh my goodness...eat eat eat...and when we are sitting here on the laptops and they come poking their little noses around the corner of the screen to see what we are looking at...that bothers me....and when Lisa goes to the bathroom and nobody will leave her alone...and let her use the bathroom oh my goodness...anyways..my gripe is done now..they don't LISTEN!!!
